A new cleaning contract in a medical or dental facility has more moving parts than a general commercial account. Access coordination, patient-hour avoidance, compliance documentation and crew-specific training are all required before the first clean. Our process handles each of these in sequence.
Step-by-Step: From Quote to Ongoing Service
- Quote request. Call (866) 958-8773 or submit the form on this site. We gather square footage, room count, facility type and frequency requirement. Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
- Written scope delivered. By next business day, you receive a written scope describing every surface and area covered on each visit, the disinfectants used, the frequency and the pricing. No ambiguity.
- Scope review and approval. Your practice manager or administrator reviews and approves the scope in writing. This is your reference document for every future visit. Amendments are handled in writing.
- Access coordination. We confirm key fob requirements, alarm codes, entry instructions and contact for the responsible staff member. Everything documented before crew arrival.
- Crew assignment and training brief. The crew assigned to your account is briefed on your specific facility layout, OSHA BBP requirements for your space type and any facility-specific access or behaviour protocols.
- First clean. Completed per the approved scope. A post-clean summary is available if your practice requires documentation for the visit log.
- 30-day check-in. One month after first clean, we contact your practice manager to confirm service is meeting scope requirements. Adjustments to frequency, surface coverage or scheduling are made in writing.
Ongoing Service Standards
- Crew does not change without notification. If a substitution is required, you are informed in advance.
- Products are not changed without written notification. EPA List N registration is maintained for all disinfectants in use.
- Scope changes requested by the practice are confirmed in writing before implementation.
- Certificate of insurance is renewed annually and provided to your file without prompting.
