Do you serve dental practices as well as medical offices?

Yes. Dental operatory cleaning, sterilisation area surfaces and dental suite waiting areas are a distinct service line. Dental cleaning follows biosafety protocols specific to operatory environments, including spittoon exteriors, delivery unit surfaces and instrument handling area cleaning. See our dental practice cleaning page for scope detail.

What disinfectants do you use?

We use EPA List N-registered disinfectants — products with demonstrated efficacy against SARS-CoV-2 that meet CDC guidance for clinical surface disinfection. Products are applied at manufacturer-specified contact times. We do not substitute general-purpose cleaners in clinical environments. If your facility has a preferred product or has been instructed by your infection control officer to use a specific disinfectant, let us know at the scope stage and we will confirm compatibility.

Are your crews trained on OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen requirements?

Yes. Crews assigned to clinical accounts are trained to OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) before first entry to any healthcare facility. Training documentation is available on request.

Do you carry liability insurance and workers' compensation?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning in healthcare environments, and workers' compensation coverage for all crew members. A certificate of insurance is provided with every written quote — you do not need to request it separately.

Can you clean after hours or before the practice opens?

Yes. We schedule around patient hours. Early morning, evening and weekend cleaning visits are available depending on crew route availability. Access requirements — key fobs, alarm codes, entry contacts — are confirmed in writing before the first visit.

What happens if something is missed or the cleaning is below scope?

Contact us by phone or email. We return calls and emails Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm. Issues reported before 5:00pm on a business day receive a same-day response and a correction plan confirmed in writing.

Do you provide a written scope of work?

Yes — always, before the first clean. The written scope describes every surface and area covered on each visit, the products used, the frequency and the pricing. Your practice manager approves it before the crew arrives. Scope changes are handled in writing.

Do you serve communities other than Rosemount?

Yes. We serve medical and dental facilities within 25 miles of Rosemount, including Apple Valley, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Farmington, Lakeville, Coates, Empire Township and Hastings. See all service areas.

How long have you been in business?

22 years serving medical and dental facilities in the South Metro area.

How do I get a quote?

Call (866) 958-8773 Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, or submit a quote request online. We return written quotes with scope and pricing by next business day.
